Dear Third Grade Parents and Guardians,

Welcome to third grade! We hope you are all having a fantastic summer! We are very excited to begin a new school year with each of you. The third grade team is ready for a terrific year of great challenges and fun learning. We look forward to helping your child grow both as a student and as an individual.

To help your child succeed, it is important to come to school prepared and organized each day. Below you will find a list of supplies that your child will need. Please ensure that your child brings these supplies on the first day of school. We thank you for your support and cooperation.

Third Grade Supply List

· Two pocket folders no name– 1 red, 1 green, 1 blue, 1 orange, 1 yellow

· 1 white board (approx. 12 x 12)

· White board markers – white board erasers

· 2 black marble copy book (Reading response/writing

· Pens - 2-4 each -Red & Black

· 3 pks. #2 pencils

· 1 box crayons – 1 box colored pencils

· 1 pair children’s good scissors

· Hand held sharpener

· Over size shirt with you name on it for an art smock

· Ruler with inches & centimeters

· Homework agenda book (purchased at the school store)

· 2 box of tissues

· 2 containers of Lysol wipes or Clorox wipes

· 2 hand soap or hand sanitizer
